Hi, tastes differ. I personally prefer these woocommerce themes monsterone.com/wordpress/woocommerce-themes/ I appreciate the most for its quality. They are simply amazing and functional. Plus I can easily build any website with their help. Hope it will make sense for you. Cheers

Ive been using Flatsome for a couple years now and really like it. Its a little more bloated than Id like, but Ive gotten the speed to a respectable level. Under 2 seconds.

Before that I used Mystyle and really liked it, but it lacked and its not being developed any more. So stay away from that one.

Ive been messing with Generatepress and really like it. Its not a pure Woocommerce theme, but has options for it. It can be extended more with Elementor and add ons.. GP is pretty light weight.
