I visited the Jetstar Airways Melbourne Office in Australia a few days ago to fix a change in my flight and wanted to check how others felt about going there in person. Personally, I found the experience quite helpful after waiting roughly 2530 minutes, the staff explained everything clearly and handled my request without any confusion.
Parking was a bit tricky around the office, so arriving early definitely helped, but the face-to-face support made the whole process feel much smoother than trying to deal with it online or over the phone.
